My favorites in any Japanese restaurant - Salmon and Tuna Sashimi, both from Teriyaki Boy

They’re one of the things one should splurge on to get that ultimately fresh salmon and tuna slices with that melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Best as always with soy sauce and wasabi
